Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by the Mexican-American father and Irish-American mother. She is a famous actress on TV. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. Her birthplace was in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. She moved to Texas to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent film as well as international commercials. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The role that she is most well-known for is her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza's character received several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a recurring character in CSI Miami a short time afterwards. She was cast as Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In NBC's dark, dramatic show Do No Harm she played the character of Dr. Lena Solis. After only two episodes it was cancelled.
