Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by the Mexican-American father and Irish-American mother. She is a famous actress on TV. Her parents are Mexican-American and Irish-American. Her birthplace was in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. She moved to Texas to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent film as well as international commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering she enjoyed acting. Then she moved into New York and in 2001 she scored her first part on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 the small part she played was appearing on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was the short-lived television drama The Mountain. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The role that she is most well-known for is her A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. De La Garza's character received several nominations which included Best Supporting Actress for Television at the Imagen Foundation Awards. She also received ALMA Award nods. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a recurring character in CSI Miami a short time afterwards. She was cast as Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. In NBC's dark, dramatic show Do No Harm she played the character of Dr. Lena Solis. After only two episodes it was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has an Italian father and an older brother Cory whom is 10 years older than her. Her family was conservative and spiritual one. Milano was first introduced to acting when she was seven years old. Her babysitter brought her along for an audition for her very first time. The audition she took part in was one of over 1,000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of only four girls. Milano is featured in TV commercials, off Broadway productions and the American premier of Jane Eyre.
